No Payment

13 days later i haven't received my money after i withdraw the money from my policy....i went to old mutual branch to withdraw the money(02.05.2015) and i was promised to received the money after 7 days but its the 15th today and i haven't received the money.aperently their system doesnt show i withraw the money & cancelled the policy but they sent me an email confirmation of cancellation 4 days after the initial branch visit.
