No payment

It has been more than 5 days still no payout for my claim!! the document your consultant gave me says its gonna take 5 days!! now i made an arrangement with my school kids principal that I will make payment latest today because i knew 5 days will be over so i expected to have received the money now im gonna appear like a lier and my kids can't go to school from today?? what is so difficult in releasing ones money that it has to take this long? and when you sign us up you dont tell us that when we want our money will have to wait this long. I had planned to redo my kids educational plan again but if im gonna have to wait this much even next time when i need the money then i'm really having second thoughts. PLEASE RELEASE MY MONEY TODAY!! This is costing me..
