No payment

SARS attached a third party appoinment on one of my policies. Which old mutual confirm that it may be done on the 04.07.2017. Up to date no payment has been made to sars after numerous e-mails to the customer service centren. Old mutual reference ccc ********** 2. All the e mails and all documentation is available on demand. While I am waiting for old mutual sars is deducting from my salary and at this stage I cannot aford another deduction.
