No pay out for Provident fund

<p>Good day</p> <p>Hello Peter and team pls help us my uncle app**** for his provident fund on February till today he hasn't receive a cent.hs disability insurance is so little so he told hs employees that he want his early pension.some lady who works for old mutual told us he will get it on the 15th of may and he didn't get it.so I would like to find out when is he going to get his money cos really hs suffering. </p> <p>I'd no:***</p> <p>George Mabasa</p>

I refer to your email communications with our Retirement Fund Administration area. The Principal Officer assessed the claim and confirmed that the claim can be paid. We are waiting on outstanding documentation from a third party. As soon as this is received, the claim will be finalised.

I am monitoring this and will ensure that you are notified as soon as this finalised.
