No one is willing to assist

I went to the Benoni branch on Friday at around 16:57 and because its almost time for them to go home they said their system is off line no one can help me, then I threw a tantrum then sedately they found a PC that was not off line. they still could not help me to because they call center is closed and they needed to verify information. this morning I called the call center still no one can assist me. one will say no I don't deal with that policy and transfer the call when I get to another department the greenlight where they said I will be assisted I got through to Stacy who was very rude on not willing to assist or hear my story. I have never experienced this kind of attitude in my life no one was willing to put me through to a manager or complaints department as a result I am still not assisted. if any body cares my number is ********** 841
