No One Cares at Old Mutual

Hi Old Mutual,

At what point do your service consultants take my request seriously??

I lodged a request in June but to date there is no one attending to it and I haven't been made aware of any reasons.

Nomawethu Mdunyelwa who answered my first call about this request never completed it when I had sent her the completed quotation form.

After almost 5 months nothing was done.

I emailed on the first of October and I was promised it will be attended to.

Nothing happened until I made a call on the 24th October and spoke to Shasha who promised she would get back to me but to date nothing is happening./

Your services sucks honestly.

Sitting with an open request and do nothing about it whilst you know you're affecting my planning.

Can the team leaders attend to this please.
