No one answers the phone - need urgent assistance!

I was retrenched in August and send my claims through to Superfund for a partial cash withdrawal and transfer to preservation fund.

I see that a tax directive was app**** for with the whole amount cash and transfer amount and deducted from my policy.

I have called several times and am left on hold without getting through to anyone who can assist me. I'm really not happy about this as this mistake will now delay the entire process and I'm in need of the funds.
