No new business
Deeply disappointed with Old Mutual - I wanted a quote (SIMPLE QUOTE) to move my mother in law from her current insurer (new business for your company) considering that I am already a client it would be easier for me to manage her things for her...
Your consultant refused to assist with a QUOTE not the acceptance part a quote JUST A QUOTE and I HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION because I deal with her affairs.
I have always gotten quotes either at OUTsurance or her other insurance institutions never have I ever had a problem obtaining a quote (please don't give me the BS of POPIA since I will be providing the information it has no BARING!!
