No means to bury my granny even though there's a policy

My late Mother had a comprehensive insurance for my granny and I ve always been a beneficiary on all her policies. My granny passed away now I claimed at oldmutual, submitted all the documents including a letter of executorship. But now oldmutual want me to have a late estate account, which is really not much of a problem. The only thing is that the banks says it takes 2-4 weeks to open that account. So how am I supposed to bury my granny old mutual? you all have all my details so I don't understand why you do this to me. I even asked the branch that they can send it directly to the funeral parlor. I have no other means of burying my grandmother, I'm stuck. Please help me 😭😭
