No luck contacting Old Mutual

I have tried calling Old Mutual 7 times in a row, to ask for my latest unit trust tax certificate. I have been cut off 7 times. This is after trying to help myself on their website, without success. I have tried sending an email to their general email as well, but I have not received any answer other than their generic response. How in the world I supposed to contact them?
