No knowledge of your products

So my hubby and I have had policies with OM for over 25 years. They are a ******* but I have come to terms with that after paying savings for 10 years which escalated every year only to get a small payout but big deductions. My issue now is that we have been emailing and calling wasting our airtime trying to find out the right information. So my husband has immigrated and I will immigrate in November we have been asking if we are allowed by OM to continue paying these policies and if we do continue paying will there be no problem in the event of a claim.
