NO JUSTICE!!!!

For well over a year I have been assisting your client with his severe illness claim. After being pushed back and forth between various departments, including getting help from a broker and submitting all the required claim documents and supporting documents, he finally gave up and terminated his policy, which he had for about 10 years. To this day his condition has deteriorated drastically. He suffers from Chronic Uveitis, IOP, Sarcoidosis, has 4 cataracts in each eye and has only 20% vision in each eye. Why is one turned down by you with regards to paying out a claim yet he receives a DISABILITY grant from the SA government for this illness?? Furthermore he gets a call from someone over a month ago with a sympathetic tone to ask why the policy was terminated and promising to get more info & clarity as to why the claim was rejected but sadly, still awaiting feedback. Why sell these kinds of policies that supposed to protect a client with a severe illness when the client is conveniently turned away when they claim?? BE AWARE WHEN TAKING THESE POLICIES & THE INTEGRITY OF THE COMPANY IT IS HELD WITH!!!
