No Integrity

I was head hunted by Old Mutual in 2016 to join their PFA department. I worked from May 2016 and resigned on January 2017 due to Old Mutual not living their values and withholding information. I felt they have no integrity and could not work for such a company anymore. I recently found out that they have listed me on Transunion for defaulting to pay them for internal training that they did in May 2016 to be accredited to sell their products as per the law. This was/is not on my employment contract with them and Dunandt Herselman who head hunted me also confirmed to us that upon resignation, we did not owe them anything but to return their working tool (laptop). I did exactly that and now they want me to pay for the Greenlight training which was an internal training for me to execute a job for them as per the law, it has no weighting on my CV or accreditation that I can use to further my career as it is not recognised by SAQA. They were/are bitter that I resigned after I saw the lack of intergrity and withholding pertinent nfomation. They expected me to work for them without getting a salary due to clients cancelling and not paying their policies, which was not within my control. Clients default and cancel policies all the time when they feel the econimic climate changing or have received better products from opposition companies. I therefore resigned as I was not gonna work and be out of pocket while trying to make money for them. My name is *****ed now on ITC due to an error I made joining a company with no integrity.
