No information given on Policy allocation despite numerous requests.

<p>This complaint is about the Estate of my late Aunt N C Bouffe.</p> <p>For months now I have been waiting for Mitch Greco of Old Mutual to give me proof of the allocation of the Old Mutual Policies. He has refused to take my calls. He does not reply to me eMails and he does not reply to my messages on his Cell Phone or his landline. He is even ignoring the requests sent by Nedbank to clarify my query.</p> <p>It is now costing me money because I have to pay interest on the legal fees. I cannot accept the allocation of funds without knowing what the apportionment was as given in the Old Mutual policies. I believe that the portion meant for my Father, GCP Small has been give to my brother CP Small. There are other queries too. Mitch just refuses to give the information. He seems to be delaying conclusion purposely for his own gain.</p> <p>Please help.</p>
