No Humanity

I had cancelled my old mutual Pension fund in 2018 because I could no longer afford the premiums.I have emailed them to enquire if I could withdraw my money due to the lockdown and the fact that I don't have any money to buy food at home.They advised that I have to wait until I turn 55.because the Money that I have with them exceeds the payout amount R1000.I find this to be very unfair and unsympathetic.I don't have any money for food and no other means now they want to tell me to wait 20 years.They had no problems taking my money in the past and all contracts can become null and void but I want nothing to do with their firm I want my Money back it's mine and now when I really need it I must wait can kids wait for twenty years for me to buy food.I want nothing to do with Old Mutual I would.like to cut all ties but yet they still want to keep my money.Quick to take but slow to help yet they act like they helping you.
