No help at all horrible service

I'm not happy with the service I've been receiving at the Mall@Carnival branch the staff are not friendly and helpful at all very dismisve... The service is terrible I'm been waiting for assistance for an hour they chat more then anything it's my third visit and one seems to be helping me. They look at you as they are doing you a favor.
