no help/assist in IRP5 Requests
I have been struggling to get my original IRP5 documents from Old Mutual for several months. After previous Hellopeter complaints it is still not resolved. <br> Aparantly no one in the call centre can assist because I have a closed policy and the website does not give specific telephone numbers I have now phoned up all my airtime and still can not give SARS what they want because old mutual staff does not want to assist.<br> <br> WHAT AM I SUPOSSED TO DO WHEN BETWEEN A ROCK AND A HARD PLACE?<br> <br> I just want my two IRP5's is that too much to ask?
