No funds transferred after policy maturity

My policy has matured and im still waiting for the funds to be transferred into my account. I communicated with OldM 15 days before maturity so we can start with the paperwork but NO, i was told to wait until a day after maturity to initiate. This way the ********** can still use my money to earn interest elsewhere of which i won't get a penny. Your service sucks and i am moving on to Sanlam. I have plans for that money which is why i invested for so long.
