No Feedback Whatsoever

I sent a dozen but i mean a dozen of email to Old Mutual and had one feedback from them with the following reference number and these people just do not bother to come back to the client like myself. I have left dozens of emails and phone call messages to Paul and the man just does not bother to come back to myself. Why and does Old Mutual even care. Does not look like it. Pathetic service from old Mutual.
