No Feedback, poor service

<p>I have made several phone calls and sent emails regarding an issue trying to upgrade my details online. I am unable to update my cellphone number.</p> <p>I was told to email a screenshot with ID number and username which I did. Malachi Agulhus rep**** saying I need to phone the support centre, which I already did in the first place! I then phoned again and was told that I would get a call back. That was hours ago. Ref HS ********** </p> <p>Can someone capable of dedaling with this get back to me??</p>
