NO FEEDBACK ON TIME

I had a investment with Old mutual which I have surrended on the 22/05/2015 due to affordability, I was promised the money will be paid into my account within 24 hours and today 01/06/2015 money still not paid, when I call the branch to check on when is it going to be paid they tell me I need to come to the branch again with my id or licence so thay can check the status for me. I cannot take another day of unpaid to check on the payment they should have done in 24 hours 2 weeks later
