No feedback on request to alter premiums
I sent an email to *** about a month ago and received no feedback. My request was a reduction in my life insurance premium policy number -***0/LSD/1 and ***0/LSD/1. There is an annual 10% increase on the above two policies. I requested for the optional 5% premium increase on these two policies to be removed/cancelled immediately. I understand the compulsory 5% annual increase will remain. I also understand the cover amounts will be reduced/impacted accordingly. Sad news is that Old Mutual makes no attempts to email/sms/WhatsApp/call me,
