No feedback on progress on death claim

Unit Trust nr ********** 68.

Death claim was submitted on 13 April 2016. Required Annexures and Details of Dependants was submitted as requested by Liezl Sylvester. I was notified that there is another beneficiary before trustees can make a decision. GS Scholtz. The executor of the estate Mr A Crawford submitted an affidavit to inform that we do not know where GS Scholtz is as he was not the deceased (My mother)'s biological son and we have not had contact with him in 16 years. Every time I submited documents I must do the follow up to find out what is happening on the claim. Every time 2 weeks pass. I was infomed by Angelo Titus that they got hold of GS Scholtz and they are waiting for the documents from him. I had to follow up again on 09/06/2016. n 14/06/2016 I was informed (again after I had to follow up) that GS Scholtz has not submitted the documents yet. I would like to refer to my e-mail of 14 June 2016 as up until today 05/07/2016 I once again have not had any feedback. I clearly stated that I understand the legalities of the case, I requested that the biological kids share be paid out as we were clearly nominated as beneficiaries in her last will which was also send in. We need to finalise my mother's estate and get closure. Also I stated that we do not regard GS Scholtz as family as he was not my mother's child. Why should we wait for him? What he does with his share is his business and has got nothing to do with us. Your assistance in this regard will be appreciatd should someone take the time to give positive feedback. Regards Mrs BD Crawford
