NO Feedback on payment of RA

I have been battling for 4 days to get an answer as to when my retirement annuity will be paid out. Last week Thursday I was told it will paid within 48 hours or by latest today Monday. I phone today to follow up, they confirmed that the money is stil sitting in the holding account and the authoriser has not authorised the transaction as yet. The call centre agents cannot get hold of the administrator. They get an automated reply saying that the query cannot be dealt with at this time. I find there services pathetic
