No feedback on loan

Good day<br> My name is Manini Mollo i app**** for a loan at old mutual on the 1/12/2015.I was assisted by a a lady named Buyi she assisted me well but we couldn't seal the deal because i has t send her 2 payslips by email, i then sent the pay slips by email the following day but Buyi alerted me that she was not at work but she will refer me to another person for assistance.She referred me to a guy named Mulalo i then contacted Mulalo which he told me all my detail were forwarded to the Head office but he will contact me with feed the same day i later contacted him to ask how far is my application every time i contacted him he told me he is busy with another client he will call me back he has never contacted me. i tried him again today he told me the very same story.<br> I feel i was treated unfairly because he should at least tell me the feed back whether i qualify or not or tell me what is it that is delaying my personal loan.
