No feedback on claim submitted for payment and no payment

Claim submitted for hospital plan. Final docs sent 31 Oct. (Most docs sent numerous occassions). Confirmed all docs were available. On 4 Nov I was advised claim was submitted but hospital auth was missing. I sent that again. Generally payment takes 2 days. No psyment to date. I asked for feedback and was told the person ttied to phone me. No unkown phone number, no message and no email as my feedbqck request was on email. Today is day 6. Sti np feedback after 5 requests for status updates. Still no payment. What do I need to do to get an answer
