No feedback on application

Hi there,<br> <br> I app**** for life insurance telephonically over 3 weeks ago. I did the 40 min phone call to give Old Mutual all my details and despite following up numerous time I have not heard anything with regards to my application.<br> <br> This has been a really frustrating experience. I have called my adviser that was assigned to me (Nonzamo Gonzong from GreenLight) and asked her to check up on the application. She said she would call me today. It's 5pm now and I honestly do not have the energy (nor is it my job) to chase after Old Mutual just to get Life Insurance.<br> <br> Please have someone contact me immediately before I take my business elsewhere.<br> <br> Thanks<br> Christine Pappas
