No feedback!! NOTHING

I started my annuity withdrawel in August of 2024. After ive been to the menlyn branch a couple of times i decided to email all the relevant documents to *** and my ref number is CEB*** on the 4th of october 2024. Since to date nobody has received the documents and communicated with me. As i do not have my own hello peter account im complaining on a family member account.
