No feedback - No assistance - Breach of commitment
I did a withdrawal from an Old Mutual Group Schemes investment.<br> The promised timeline for payout is 10-15 business days. <br> This timeline has since passed. I called the call center and I was told that payment would be arranged, this also hasn't materialized. <br> <br> I've also been told that I would receive a call back from the relevant person, this also hasn't happened.<br> Pathetic service.
