No feedback from Old Mutual on investment withdrawal

I contacted Old Mutual on 31 July to request guidance on how to withdraw funds from a retirement annuity. Almost a month later and I have received no assistance. I have followed up numerous times and am told that they are experiencing a high number of queries.
