No Feedback

We have been struggling since the 6th of December to get ANY feedback from Old Mutual regarding letter stating how much money they are paying into her account, which SASSA requested for the older persons. My mother is in dire need of the letter, but no amount of emails or calls is helping. It is RIDICULOUS! We only want a simple letter guys! My mother is suffering!
