No Feed back No refund

Good day, I called in two days ago asking what the delay was with my refund I received a email confirming that the money will be paid to me. I called in and after I was placed on hold for 24 mins I drop the line and called again that is when I spoke to Nomanhlubi Gumbuza who assured me that she will call me on the 20th with feed back. I did not receive any call. I would like to know what the delay is why the money was not paid yet and I also would like to know what the amount is. I requested this policy to be cancelled twice before and it was not done, I also was advised to go stop it at the bank and that also did not work as my account was debited and I incurred bank charges. <br> <br> I need somebody to call me today still.
