No employee integrity
If 0 was an option, I would give you that.
My mother visited your branch in Protea Glen Mall the other day, then all of a sudden she has a policy that is deducting on her payslip, please bear in mind that your team cannot even provide her with information on this policy, but it is deducting on her payslip. Njani?
How are your employees allowed to do this? The audacity to do set a policy on someone's account, from their hard earned money? What happened to the company values? Customer protection? What type of people are working for you. Integrity? Zero.
We need this sorted out, and all those funds credited back to her. Her phone number is ***.
