NO DISABILITY PENSION PAID

I have a greenlight disability policy with old mutual, since 2008 my disability pension has been paid every month on the 1st or if it falls on the week-end I receive my pension on the Monday. Since August the 1st 2022 things have changed I did not receive my disability pension on the 1st and had to get my brokers secretary to call old mutual it was then in my account on the 3rd September received it on the 3rd October again pension was not paid on time my brokers secretary called old mutual again it was pais 21h30 on the 3rd of October But here's the kicker the 1st of November my disability pension did not go onto my bank. I called my brokers secretary on the 2nd who spoke to Deric he said there was a glitch, but my disability pension would be paid into my account on the 2nd on November Well it the the 3rd of November today and when I called old mutual and I spoke to Ronel she said that my pension was paid into my account this morning 3rd. I went down to my bank and only to find out that no disability pension was in my account I came home and called old mutual again, this time speaking to Moghammed Harris, he informed me that my pension was paid into my account on the 1st of November and that it was an ABSA problem he called my bank and said the problem was on there side........... I again called the Bank guess what No pension in my account... He told me to call tomorrow afternoon at 13:00 and speak to his supervisor So at 14h10 still no disability pension in my account so I again called old mutual this time asking for the supervisor Grant Engelbrecht guess what he is on leave I spoke to a lovely girl called Kholeka who said her supervisor would call me back Daniel Simpson........... Still waiting All my debit orders have been returned but old mutual keep spinning me a story Please to all the people out there DO NOT DEAL WITH OLD MUTUAL they don't know HOW TO BE HONEST I really hope my disability pension goes in today or more debit orders will be returned
