I launched the claim with old mutual for my late brother Thato Moji, I was told the money has been paid into my account . at last minute I was told the claim has been sent for further assessment. I gave my brother a very bad funeral. till today Old mutual has not paid the claim

Even today I don`t know what is going on with my claim

the department busy with my claim called me and ask a banking details two weeks ago but till today I have not recieved any payment and the worst part I can`t communicate with them

I was told that the claim has been sent to finance for payment and they verify my banking details but I have not recieve any money. when I call the consulted told me the claim still on further assessment. I called again spoken with Loyiso He told me their done and the claim is at finance, I also emailed Elizaberth Ngidi she don`t reply to my email anymore. I don`t know who to call now to solve this matter

I think I should forward this to my Attorney, I submit my claim on April for my late brother. two weeks back Old mutual asked me to submit a letter stating that the account is active and I did so. even today I have not received money. this claim was submitted on April.....
