NO CUTOMER SERVICE from OLD MUTUAL

I have been trying to make a simple policy change for 6 weeks now....to no avail! Old Mutual do not respond to emails, telephone staff, when they eventually do answer the phone, are *********** and they simply get it wrong every time! DO NOT use OLD MUTUAL>
