No Customer Service Support

Seems they not reachable via call center ***, I stay on-hold for 1 hour at a time then eventually drop the call.

I also sent an email request 2 days ago, just and auto reply but nothing else.

I tried even getting the information or forms online but nothing that can assist or direct you to. the online chat options give you a one link for every question. ( which clearly is not my question)

Thank you someone called me and assisted, He gave me other contact numbers and email address to reach.

I have since sent my details, documents and heard nothing, i tried calling to follow up no answer..

when it sounds like i eventually get through then the line remains silent....

this is so frustrating... i feel like cancelling all business with this company seriously...
