No customer service or response
I emailed [Email Removed] on the 30th of October 2015, still waiting for a response. Absolutely useless not in responding. Ref GSENQ***. Can't even request the information on Old Mutual secure login, what is the purpose then to do self service and requesting information if you don't get assistance. Don't have the whole day to lie on the phone and trying to sort out information I have requested
