No Customer Service for Policy Funds

I'm very dissappointed and disgusted with Old Mutual and the disrespect they reflect towards their client base. Even if I only have a product with them, an R. A which I have emailed their complaints dept about and rec no response. I'm in a financial emergency and wanted a small amount in the mean time. Why does one have to wait another 5 yrs for ur own money while they earn the most interest on those funds and pay u out a minimal amount. The need is for right now, who nows what will happen in 5 yrs time. Now you have to write or complain on social media for them to actually get back to you eventually, if ur lucky. And here I thought I could actually open a Will or life insurance with Old mutual later in the year but after this whole ordeal I doubt it.
