No customer service

Good day

What a bad exsperiance with old mutual since the begging when i started my funeral policy. The agents in the office are very unprofessional and no customer service. I have my funeral policy for more than 5 years and after 5 years i rather want to cancell this policy for the bad service i get from these clowns. When i phoned them Friday morning they tell me that if i cancell the policy i wont get any money back, its pathetic for paying a policy for more than 5 years an not get anything back if you cancell. I hope that all South Africans read this and please avoid old mutual as they are no good in the long run. They tell you all these nice stories to get hold of your money and then they never there when you need help.
