No customer service at all.

For the past 2 weeks have I been trying to get hold of a consultant to discuss my Last Will and policies. After few attempts to call them, the unprofessional behaviour is astounding. Calls were cut short without anyone even trying to call me back. No response to my numerous emails either. I guess the time has come to cut all ties with Old Mutual and go somewhere else where I will get customer service.
