No customer service at all

<p>I went to a loan branch Protea glen branch for a consolidation loan...I got to a consultant who told me the required docs and I provided it was about 14:00 the system went down And It was going to be back anytime at 16:00 I decided to go. I came back next morning at 10. The lady forwaded docs to head office which is supposed to take up 50 minutes to be processed until now I am still waiting and as per branch manager she is not suppose to call head office to follow up instead she must resend. I am still here because I am desparate.otherwise No service at all</p>
