No customer service
Worst service!! I gad a personal loan with them about 8 years back If not more. I app**** for dept review and now I am done. My dept counselor said I must send her the paid up letter or wrote off letter to remove my name from dept review. I have mailed several times, phoning them and still no one has helped me. This means my name can not be cleared. I need this letter
