No customer service
I have received the WORST experience ever from Old Mutual regarding my provident fund payout, first there was a system down time ( System crashed) and my payout would have been today, when i followed up with them this morning I was informed the payment is made today and payout will reflect latest Wednesday 21/11/2018.
Going for 2 months.
I will NEVER refer anyone to Old Mutual as there is no service to complain about.
