No customer service

Waited 2hrs45 minutes to be served on the 10th Dec, consultant kEpt chatting to his colleague even after I complained to him abt it. Worse part I was told the funds would be available within 5 working days & its past that now & there's no funds & no word from OM, I mean one save for rainy days like now but what's the use if the service provider don't care of their customer needs. Someone deposit my money before the end of today
