no Customer service

Hi my name is Kgopotjo nchabeleng.I cancelled one of my investement policy with old mutual because I needed money for personal matters urgently, I was told I'm gonna get the money with seven working days even today I'm still waiting.I called cusomer care and spoke to Wendy she said the matter is handled by the branch manager in still waiting for a feed back even today.<br> <br> ****ed and dissapointed for days.
