No customer contact

Have tried contacting a customer representative of this "Insurance" company. One of the largest business in the country since September last year about a deceased estate. One number only for any contact to them with no answer from them at all. Not acceptable Old Mutual. A particular customer respresentative emailed since September cannot even respond to acknowledge receipt of emails. Very disappointing!!! Shame on you must be happening to many many others in need.
