No contact from Old Mutual

I have been trying get hold of Old Mutual for weeks now with no luck. I call everyday and I hold for over 20 minutes and it goes to Voicemail. I keep getting SMS saying my policy is not up to date, yet noone is calling me. Can I please have someone to call me back.
