no concrete response

My late Father had a policy with OM we submitted al the documents as requested since the 14/07. If you phone they said they waiting for the trustees??? My dad paid you every month know that we ask question no one can give a answer. please I need a concrete answer today not it is with the trustees????? The last form that the trustees looked for we send it trough on the 17/08. Please I need to know what is the trustees need more and why does it take so long??????
