No communication regarding cancelling of policy

Policy number : 68253P*** I wrote a review on Saturday about how I want my policy to be cancelled .I can’t find my policy on the App and yet no email has been sent to me about whether it is cancelled or not and when they will pay out..I am really stressed cause I don’t want to be going around looking for documents after days of having cancelled the policy..I’m hoping to be communicated with ...Because I don’t know what’s next from here
